باب المياه - ذكر الزجر عن أن يبول المرء في الماء الذي دون القلتين ومن نيته الاغتسال منه بعده
Chapter on Water – Prohibition of urinating in water less than two qullahs with the intention to bathe in it afterward
Hadith Number: 1254
اخبرنا إبراهيم بن ابي امية بطرسوس، قال: حدثنا حامد بن يحيى البلخي ، قال: حدثنا سفيان ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن موسى بن ابي عثمان ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا يبولن احدكم في الماء الدائم الذي لا يجري، ثم يغتسل منه" . قال ابو حاتم: سمعت ابن ابي امية، يقول: سمعت حامد بن يحيى، يقول: سمعت سفيان، يقول: سمعت ابن ابي الزناد، عن موسى بن ابي عثمان اربعة ونسيت واحدا، يعني: اربعة احاديث.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No person should urinate in stagnant water that does not flow, and then perform ghusl (ritual bath) in it." (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:) I heard Ibn Abu Umayyah narrate that he said: I heard Hamid bin Yahya narrate that he said: I heard Sufyan narrate that he said: I heard Ibn Abu Zinad narrate from Musa bin Abu Uthman, transmitting four narrations from him, and I have forgotten one of them. By this, he means four ahadith.
