باب جلود الميتة - ذكر الخبر الدال على إباحة الانتفاع بجلود الميتة ما يحل منها بالذكاة وما لا يحل إذا احتملت الدباغ
Chapter on Skins of Dead Animals – Report indicating permission to benefit from the skins of dead animals, whether lawful to eat or not, if they can be tanned
Hadith Number: 1286
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، قال: حدثنا زهير بن عباد الرواسي ، قال: حدثنا مالك ، عن يزيد بن عبد الله بن قسيط ، عن محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن ثوبان ، عن امه ، عن عائشة : ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " امر ان يستمتع بجلود الميتة إذا دبغت" .
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) commanded that the skin of a dead animal may be used after tanning.
