Hadith Number: 1375
اخبرنا ابن خزيمة ، قال: حدثنا بندار ، قال: حدثنا معاذ بن هشام ، قال: حدثنا ابي ، عن قتادة ، عن ابي حرب بن ابي الاسود ، عن ابيه ، عن علي بن ابي طالب ، ان نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال في بول الرضيع " ينضح بول الغلام، ويغسل بول الجارية" .
Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the urine of a nursing infant: Water should be sprinkled over the urine of a boy, and the urine of a girl should be washed.
