باب الوعيد على ترك الصلاة - ذكر لفظة أوهمت غير المتبحر في صناعة الحديث أن تارك الصلاة حتى خرج وقتها كافر بالله جل وعلا
Warning against abandoning prayer: A phrase that misled some into thinking missing prayer until its time ends is disbelief
Hadith Number: 1454
اخبرنا محمد بن احمد بن ابي عون ، حدثنا ابو عمار الحسين بن حريث ، حدثنا الفضل بن موسى ، عن الحسين بن واقد ، عن عبد الله بن بريدة ، عن ابيه ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إن العهد الذي بيننا وبينهم الصلاة، فمن تركها فقد كفر" .
Abdullah bin Buraidah narrates from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, the fundamental thing between us and them (the disbelievers) is the prayer; whoever abandons it has committed disbelief."
