باب الوعيد على ترك الصلاة - ذكر البيان بأن قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم من فاتته الصلاة أراد به صلاة العصر
Warning against abandoning prayer: Clarifying that "whoever misses the prayer" refers to Asr prayer
Hadith Number: 1469
اخبرنا ابو خليفة ، قال: حدثنا القعنبي ، عن مالك ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " الذي تفوته صلاة العصر، فكانما وتر اهله وماله" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever misses the Asr prayer, it is as if his family and wealth have been destroyed."
