باب المساجد - ذكر الزجر عن أن يحضر آكل الشجرة الخبيثة ثلاثة أيام المساجد
Chapter on Mosques - Prohibition of attending mosques for three days for one who eats garlic.
Hadith Number: 1643
اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد الازدي ، قال: حدثنا إسحاق ، قال: حدثنا جرير ، عن الشيباني ، عن عدي بن ثابت ، عن زر بن حبيش، عن حذيفة ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من اكل من هذه البقلة الخبيثة فلا يقربن مسجدنا ثلاثا"، قال إسحاق: يعني الثوم.
Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever eats this foul fruit should by no means come near our mosque." He said this three times. The narrator named Ishaq says: By this is meant garlic.
