باب المساجد - ذكر الزجر عن ترك اجتماع الناس في المسجد في المجلس الواحد إذا أرادوا تعلم العلم أو درسه
Chapter on Mosques - Prohibition of people splitting into separate groups in the mosque when seeking knowledge.
Hadith Number: 1654
اخبرنا الحسين بن عبد الله القطان ، قال: حدثنا هشام بن عمار ، قال: حدثنا المؤمل بن إسماعيل ، قال: حدثنا الثوري ، عن عبد الملك بن عمير ، عن ابي سلمة ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: خرج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على اصحابه وهم في المسجد جلوس حلقا، فقال:" ما لي اراكم عزين" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, came to his companions while they were sitting in circles in the mosque. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What is the reason that I see you in separate groups?"
