Chapter on What is Disliked and Not Disliked – Permissibility to Pray Facing One’s Mount in Open Space if No Barrier is Available
Hadith Number: 2378
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، قال: حدثنا ابن نمير ، قال: حدثنا ابو خالد الاحمر ، عن عبيد الله بن عمر ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر، قال" رايت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي إلى راحلته" ، قال نافع: ورايت ابن عمر يصلي إلى راحلته.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) facing his mount and performing prayer. Nafi’ narrates: I saw Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) facing his mount and performing prayer.
