Section on voluntary prayers – mentioning the instruction to pray four rak’ahs after Jumu’ah
Hadith Number: 2478
اخبرنا ابو خليفة ، حدثنا مسدد ، حدثنا ابو عوانة ، عن سهيل بن ابي صالح ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا صلى احدكم الجمعة فليصل بعدها اربعا" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person offers the Friday prayer, he should perform four rak‘ahs after it."
