Hadith Number: 2512
اخبرنا محمد بن عمر بن يوسف ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله المخرمي ، قال: حدثنا ابو داود الحفري ، عن حفص بن غياث ، عن حميد الطويل ، عن عبد الله بن شقيق ، عن عائشة " ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى متربعا" .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform prayer sitting on all fours.
