باب سجود السهو - ذكر البيان بأن على القائم من الركعتين ساهيا إتمام صلاته وسجدتي السهو قبل السلام لا بعد
Chapter on Prostration of Forgetfulness - Clarification that one who stands up from two units out of forgetfulness should complete the prayer and prostrate before salam
Hadith Number: 2677
اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد بن سلم ، قال: حدثنا حرملة بن يحيى ، قال: حدثنا ابن وهب ، قال: اخبرني عمرو بن الحارث ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن عبد الرحمن الاعرج ، عن ابن بحينة " ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قام في الركعتين، فقام الناس معه، فلما جلس في اربع انتظر الناس تسليمه، كبر ثم سجد، ثم كبر، ثم سجد قبل ان يسلم" .
Sayyiduna Ibn Buhaina (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up after performing two rak‘ahs instead of sitting. The people also stood up with him. When he sat after performing four rak‘ahs and the people were waiting for him to say salam, he said takbeer, then went into prostration, then said takbeer, then went into prostration again. This happened before he said salam.
