فصل في صلاة السفر - ذكر الإباحة للمسافر إذا أقام في منزل أو مدينة ولم ينو إقامة أربع بها أن يقصر صلاته وإن أتى عليه برهة من الدهر
Section on Prayer During Travel - Permissibility for the traveler to shorten prayer if staying in a place without intending to stay four days, even if staying a long time
Hadith Number: 2749
اخبرنا محمد بن عبد الرحمن السامي ، قال: حدثنا احمد بن حنبل ، قال: حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، قال: اخبرنا معمر ، عن يحيى بن ابي كثير ، عن محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن ثوبان ، عن جابر بن عبد الله " ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اقام بتبوك عشرين يوما يقصر الصلاة".
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) stayed in Tabuk for twenty days, and during this period he continued to perform shortened prayers.
