Friday Prayer - Permission to recite "Has there come to you the story of the Overwhelming" in the second unit of Friday prayer
Hadith Number: 2807
اخبرنا الحسين بن إدريس ، قال: اخبرنا احمد بن ابي بكر ، عن مالك ، عن ضمرة بن سعيد المازني ، عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله بن عتبة ، ان الضحاك بن قيس، سال النعمان بن بشير : ماذا كان يقرا به رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يوم الجمعة على إثر سورة الجمعة؟ فقال:" كان يقرا صلى الله عليه وسلم ب هل اتاك حديث الغاشية" .
Ubaidullah bin Abdullah narrates: Dahhak bin Qais asked Sayyiduna Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) which surah the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would recite after Surah Al-Jumu'ah on the day of Jumu'ah. He replied: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would recite Surah Al-Ghashiyah.
