Eid Prayers - Recommendation to take a different route when going to and returning from the Eid prayer
Hadith Number: 2815
اخبرنا ابن خزيمة ، قال: حدثنا علي بن معبد ، قال: حدثنا يونس بن محمد ، قال: حدثنا فليح بن سليمان ، عن سعيد بن الحارث، عن ابي هريرة ، قال:" كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، إذا خرج إلى العيدين رجع في غير الطريق الذي خرج منه" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) would go out for the two Eids, he would return by a different route than the one by which he had gone.
