Section on martyrs – Instruction to return martyrs to where they fell if moved
Hadith Number: 3183
اخبرنا الفضل بن الحباب ، حدثنا محمد بن كثير العبدي ، اخبرنا شعبة ، عن الاسود بن قيس ، عن نبيح العنزي ، عن جابر بن عبد الله ، انه قال: في قتلى احد حملوا قتلاهم، فنادى منادي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" ان ردوا القتلى إلى مصارعهم" .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates regarding the martyrs of Uhud: Some people moved their martyrs from there, so a proclaimer from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) made this announcement: Return the martyrs to the place where they were killed.
