كِتَابُ الجَنَائِزِ وَمَا يَتَعَلَّقُ بِهَا مُقَدَّمًا أَوْ مُؤَخَّرًا

فصل في الشهيد - ذكر إيجاب الجنة وإثبات الشهادة لمن قتل دون ماله قاتل أو لم يقاتل
Section on martyrs – Paradise and martyrdom are assured for one killed defending his wealth, whether he fought or not
Hadith Number: 3194
اخبرنا عمران بن موسى السختياني بجرجان، حدثنا عثمان بن ابي شيبة ، حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة ، عن الزهري ، عن طلحة بن عبد الله بن عوف ، عن سعيد بن زيد ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من قتل دون ماله فهو شهيد" .
Sayyiduna Saeed bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Whoever is killed while protecting his wealth is a martyr."
