باب فرض الزكاة - ذكر الزجر عن أن يجلب المصدق ماشية أهلها عن مياههم إلى الموضع الذي يريد عنده أخذ الصدقة فيها منهم
Chapter: Obligation of Zakat – Warning Against Collectors Taking Livestock Away from Owners’ Watering Places
Hadith Number: 3267
اخبرنا ابو يعلى ، قال: حدثنا عبد الاعلى بن حماد ، قال: حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن حميد ، عن الحسن ، عن عمران بن حصين ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " لا جلب، ولا جنب، ولا شغار، ومن انتهب نهبة، فليس منا" .
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "There is no validity to Jilb, Janb, or Shighar, and whoever snatches something has no connection with us."
