باب الإفطار وتعجيله - ذكر البيان بأن من أحب العباد إلى الله من كان أعجل إفطارا
Chapter on Breaking the Fast and Hastening It - Those who hasten iftar are among the most beloved to Allah
Hadith Number: 3507
اخبرنا اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد بن سلم ، حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن إبراهيم ، حدثنا الوليد ، عن الاوزاعي ، حدثني قرة بن عبد الرحمن ، عن الزهري ، عن ابي سلمة ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" قال الله تعالى: احب عبادي إلي اعجلهم فطرا" ، قال ابو حاتم: قرة بن عبد الرحمن هذا: هو قرة بن عبد الرحمن بن حيوئيل، اسمه يحيى، وقرة لقب، من ثقات اهل مصر.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“Allah Almighty says: Among My servants, the most beloved to Me are those who hasten to break their fast.”(Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:): The narrator named Qurrah bin Abdur Rahman is Qurrah bin Abdur Rahman bin Haywil. His name is Yahya and Qurrah is his title, and he is a trustworthy narrator from Egypt.
