باب الإحرام - ذكر البيان بأن المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم أمر من أحل وجعل عمرة إهلاله الأول بإنشائه الحج ثانيا من مكة
Ihram - Clarification that the Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded those who ended ihram and made Umrah to assume ihram again for Hajj from Mecca
Hadith Number: 3796
اخبرنا عبد الله بن احمد بن موسى بعسكر مكرم، حدثنا محمد بن يحيى القطعي ، حدثنا محمد بن بكر ، حدثنا ابن جريج ، اخبرنا ابو الزبير انه، سمع جابر بن عبد الله ، يذكر حجة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: فامرنا بعد ما تمتعنا ان نحل، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" فإذا اردتم ان تنطلقوا إلى منى فاهلوا"، قال: فاهللنا من البطحاء .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both), while mentioning the Hajj of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), states: We had intended to perform Hajj Tamattu. Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed us to remove our Ihram. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When you intend to proceed towards Mina, then put on Ihram again. Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: So we put on Ihram from Batha.
