كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ
Book of Marriage
- ذكر الأمر بالإنكاح إلى الحجامين واستعمال ذلك منهم
Permitting marriage to cuppers and using their services
Hadith Number: 4067
اخبرنا ابن خزيمة ، قال: حدثنا الربيع بن سليمان ، حدثنا اسد بن موسى ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن محمد بن عمرو ، عن ابي سلمة ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" يا بني بياضة، انكحوا ابا هند، وانكحوا إليه" وكان حجاما.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "O Banu Bayadah! Arrange the marriage of Abu Hind (marry a girl or woman from your family to him)." (Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) states that he used to practice cupping.)
