- باب الشغار - ذكر الزجر عن أن يزوج المرء ابنته أخاه المسلم على أن يزوجه إياه ابنته من غير صداق يكون بينهما إلا بضع كل واحد منهما
Chapter: Shighar marriage – Forbidding reciprocal marriages without dowry except for exchanging daughters
Hadith Number: 4154
اخبرنا محمد بن إسحاق بن خزيمة ، حدثنا محمد بن يحيى ، حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، عن معمر ، عن ثابت ، عن انس ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا شغار في الإسلام" .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "There is no (validity) of shighar in Islam."
