Book of Divorce
ذكر الزجر عن أن يطلق المرء امرأته في حيضها دون طهرها-
Prohibition of divorcing a wife during menstruation instead of purity
Hadith Number: 4264
اخبرنا عبد الله بن احمد بن موسى ، قال: حدثنا وهب بن بقية ، قال: حدثنا هشيم ، عن ابي بشر ، عن سعيد بن جبير ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: " طلقت امراتي وهي حائض، فرد علي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذلك حتى طلقتها وهي طاهر" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I divorced my wife during her menstruation, so the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned her to me until I divorced her when she was in a state of purity.
