ذكر ما يجب للجارية إذا أعتقت وهي تحت عبد أن تختار فراقه أو الكون معه-
What is due to a slave girl freed while married to a slave—choice to stay or leave
Hadith Number: 4270
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، حدثنا الحسن بن عمر بن شقيق ، حدثنا حماد بن زيد ، عن ايوب ، عن عكرمة ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: " خير رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بريرة، فاختارت نفسها" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) gave Barirah the choice, so she chose herself (i.e., she separated from her husband).
