Chapter on Waiting Period – Report denying the right of residence for a divorced woman with final divorce
Hadith Number: 4291
اخبرنا عبد الله بن احمد بن موسى ، قال: حدثنا عمرو بن العباس ، قال: حدثنا مؤمل بن إسماعيل ، قال: حدثنا سفيان ، عن سلمة بن كهيل ، عن الشعبي ، عن فاطمة بنت قيس ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " المطلقة ثلاثا ليس لها سكنى، ولا نفقة" .
Sayyidah Fatimah bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A woman who has been given three divorces will not receive residence or maintenance."
