باب حد السرقة - ذكر نفي القطع عن المنتهب ما ليس له-
Chapter on Punishment for Theft – Denial of cutting for one who takes what is not his by snatching
Hadith Number: 4457
اخبرنا محمد بن عبيد الله بن الفضل الكلاعي العابد بحمص، حدثنا مؤمل بن إهاب ، حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، عن ابن جريج ، عن ابي الزبير ، وعمرو بن دينار ، عن جابر ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " ليس على منتهب، ولا مختلس، ولا خائن قطع" .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The one who snatches, the one who seizes by force, and the one who commits treachery will not be given the punishment of cutting (the hand)."

اخبرنا ابو عروبة بحران، حدثنا محمد بن بشار ، حدثنا مؤمل بن إسماعيل ، حدثنا سفيان ، عن ابي الزبير ، عن جابر ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " ليس على المختلس، ولا على الخائن قطع" .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The person who snatches and the person who commits treachery will not be given the punishment (of cutting the hand)."
