Chapter on the Virtue of Jihad - On the report that jihad with sincere intention equals migration
Hadith Number: 4592
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، حدثنا هشام بن خالد الازرق ، قال: حدثنا الوليد بن مسلم ، قال: حدثنا شيبان ، عن الاعمش ، عن ابي صالح ، عن ابن عباس ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " لا هجرة بعد الفتح، ولكن جهاد ونية" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this statement of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him): "After the conquest of (Makkah), migration no longer remains, but only jihad and intention (remain)."
