باب فضل الجهاد - ذكر البيان بأن المجاهدين من وفد الله الذين دعاهم فأجابوه-
Chapter on the Virtue of Jihad - On clarifying that fighters are Allah's guests, whom He called and they responded
Hadith Number: 4613
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، حدثنا الحسن بن سهل الجعفري ، حدثنا عمران بن عيينة ، حدثنا عطاء بن السائب ، عن مجاهد ، عن ابن عمر ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " الغازي في سبيل الله، والحاج إلى بيت الله، والمعتمر وفد الله، دعاهم فاجابوه" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The one who participates in battle in the way of Allah, the one who performs Hajj to the House of Allah, and the one who performs Umrah are the guests of Allah. Allah Almighty has called them, and they come in response to His call."
