Chapter on the Virtue of Jihad - On guaranteeing Paradise for anyone who fights in Allah's cause, whether much or little
Hadith Number: 4618
اخبرنا عمر بن سعيد بن سنان ، حدثنا العباس بن الوليد الخلال ، حدثنا زيد بن يحيى بن عبيد ، حدثنا ابن ثوبان ، عن ابيه ، عن مكحول ، عن كثير بن مرة ، عن مالك بن يخامر السكسكي ، ان معاذ بن جبل ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من قاتل في سبيل الله فواق ناقة، وجبت له الجنة" .
Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever fights for as long as it takes for a she-camel to be milked, Paradise becomes obligatory for such a person."
