Chapter on the Virtue of Martyrdom - On the wounded in Allah's cause coming on Judgment Day with blood flowing as a sign
Hadith Number: 4652
اخبرنا الحسين بن إدريس ، حدثنا احمد بن ابي بكر ، عن مالك ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" والذي نفسي بيده، لا يكلم احد في سبيل الله، والله اعلم بمن يكلم في سبيله، الا جاء يوم القيامة وجرحه ينثعب دما، اللون لون دم، والريح ريح مسك" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "By Him in Whose Hand is my soul, whoever is wounded in the way of Allah—and Allah knows best who is wounded in His way—then when that person comes on the Day of Resurrection, blood will be flowing from his wound, its color will be like the color of blood, but its fragrance will be like the fragrance of musk."
