باب الحمى - ذكر الزجر عن أن يتخذ الحمى من بلاد المسلمين إلا الإمام الذي يريد به صلاح رعيته دون انفراده بها عنهم-
Chapter on Protected Land - On the warning against anyone but the leader setting aside land for himself, unless for the people's benefit
Hadith Number: 4684
اخبرنا حامد بن محمد بن شعيب ، قال: حدثنا منصور بن ابي مزاحم ، قال: حدثنا يحيى بن حمزة ، عن الزبيدي ، عن الزهري ، عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله ، عن ابن عباس ، عن الصعب بن جثامة ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول: " لا حمى إلا لله ولرسوله" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates the statement of Sayyiduna Sa'b bin Jaththamah (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The pasture is reserved only for Allah and His Messenger."
