باب الخروج وكيفية الجهاد - ذكر إباحة استعارة الإمام السلاح من بعض رعيته إذا أراد قتال أعداء الله الكفرة-
Chapter on Setting Out and the Manner of Jihad – On the permissibility for the leader to borrow weapons from his subjects to fight the enemies of God.
Hadith Number: 4720
اخبرنا محمد بن عمر بن يوسف ، قال: حدثنا بشر بن خالد العسكري ، قال: حدثنا حبان بن هلال ، قال: حدثنا همام ، عن قتادة، عن عطاء ، عن صفوان بن يعلى بن امية ، عن ابيه ، قال: قال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا اتتك رسلي فاعطهم او ادفع إليهم ثلاثين بعيرا، او ثلاثين درعا، قال: قلت: العارية مؤداة يا رسول الله؟ قال: نعم" .
Safwan bin Ya'la bin Umayyah narrates from his father: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said to me: When my messenger comes to you, give him thirty camels (the narrator is in doubt, perhaps these are the words) or thirty coats of mail (the narrator is in doubt, perhaps these are the words), hand them over to him. So I asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! Is this temporary, which will be returned? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Yes.
