باب الخروج وكيفية الجهاد - ذكر ما يستحب للإمام إذا أمكنه الله جل وعلا من الأعداء أن يقيم بتلك العرصة ثلاثا-
Chapter on Setting Out and the Manner of Jihad – On the recommendation for the leader to stay three days at the battlefield after victory.
Hadith Number: 4776
اخبرنا حاجب بن اركين بدمشق، قال: حدثنا محمد بن المثنى ، قال: حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ ، قال: حدثنا سعيد ، عن قتادة ، عن انس ، عن ابي طلحة ، قال:" كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا غلب قوما احب ان يقيم بعرصتهم ثلاثا" .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from Sayyiduna Abu Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him): When the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) would prevail over a people, he (peace be upon him) liked to stay in their area for three days.
