باب الغنائم وقسمتها - ذكر الخبر المدحض قول من زعم أن الفرس لا يسهم له إلا كما يسهم لصاحبه-
Chapter on Spoils of War and Their Distribution – On the report refuting the claim that a horse receives only the same share as its owner.
Hadith Number: 4812
اخبرنا عبد الله بن قحطبة ، حدثنا احمد بن عبدة الضبي ، حدثنا سليم بن اخضر ، عن عبيد الله بن عمر ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر،" ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم جعل للفرس سهمين، وللرجل سهما" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) allotted two shares for the horse and one share for the man.
