باب الذمي والجزية - ذكر نفي وجود رائحة الجنة عن القاتل المعاهد من المشركين-
Chapter on Dhimmis and Jizya – On denying even the scent of Paradise to one who kills a non-Muslim under protection.
Hadith Number: 4881
اخبرنا ابو خليفة ، قال: حدثنا احمد بن يحيى بن حميد الطويل ، قال: حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن يونس بن عبيد ، عن الحسن ، عن ابي بكرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من قتل نفسا معاهدا لم يرح رائحة الجنة" .
Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Whoever kills a dhimmi will not even smell the fragrance of Paradise."
