باب البيع المنهي عنه - ذكر الزجر عن بيع الماء بذكر لفظة غير مفسرة-
Chapter: Forbidden sales - Warning against selling water with ambiguous wording
Hadith Number: 4952
اخبرنا الحسين بن عبد الله القطان بالرقة، قال: حدثنا ايوب بن محمد الوزان ، قال: حدثنا سفيان ، قال: سمع عمرو ابا المنهال ، عن إياس بن عبد المزني وكان من اصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن بيع الماء" ، لا يدري عمرو اي ماء هو.
Sayyiduna Iyas bin Abdullah Muzani, may Allah be pleased with him, who is among the companions of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade the selling of water. The narrator named Amr did not know which type of water was meant by this.
