باب البيع المنهي عنه - ذكر البيان بأن هذا الفعل إنما زجر عنه ما لم يأذن البائع الأول فيه-
Chapter: Forbidden sales - Clarification that this is only forbidden if the first seller does not permit it
Hadith Number: 4966
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله بن نمير ، قال: حدثنا ابي ، قال: حدثنا عبيد الله بن عمر ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " لا يبع احدكم على بيع اخيه إلا بإذنه" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "No person should make a deal over the deal of his brother, except with his permission."
