باب البيع المنهي عنه - ذكر الزجر عن بيع المرء ثمرة نخله سنين معلومة مما باع السنة الأولى منها-
Chapter: Forbidden sales - Warning against selling the fruit of one's palm for several years, including the first year
Hadith Number: 4995
اخبرنا احمد بن الحسن بن عبد الجبار ، قال: حدثنا ابن معين ، قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة ، عن حميد الاعرج ، عن سليمان بن عتيق ، عن جابر بن عبد الله ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم " نهى عن بيع السنين" .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade transactions in which payment is to be made after several years.
