باب البيع المنهي عنه - ذكر إباحة بعض المزابنة للعلة المعلومة فيه-
Chapter: Forbidden sales - Permissibility of some "Muzabana" sales for a known reason
Hadith Number: 5004
اخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله بن الجنيد ، قال: حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد ، حدثنا حماد بن زيد ، عن ايوب ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، عن زيد بن ثابت ،" ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رخص في العرايا بخرصها" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the sale of ‘Ariya (fresh dates on the tree in exchange for dry dates) based on estimation.
