باب الفلس - ذكر خبر ثالث يصرح بأن المشتري إذا أفلس تكون عين سلعة البائع له دون أن يكون أسوة الغرماء-
Chapter: Bankruptcy - Third report clarifying that if the buyer goes bankrupt, the seller's item is returned, not shared among creditors
Hadith Number: 5039
اخبرنا عمران بن موسى السختياني ، حدثنا سلمة بن شبيب ، حدثنا الحسن بن محمد بن اعين ، حدثنا فليح بن سليمان ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا اعدم الرجل، فوجد البائع متاعه بعينه، فهو احق به" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person becomes bankrupt and the seller finds his goods with him in their original form, then the seller has more right to that goods."
