كِتَابُ الكَفَالَةِ
Book of Guarantee
ذكر الإخبار عن ضمان المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم دين من مات من أمته ولم يترك له وفاء إذا لم يكن بالمتعدي فيه-
Report that the Prophet guaranteed the debt of anyone who died without leaving repayment, unless it was due to wrongdoing
Hadith Number: 5054
اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد الازدي ، حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم ، اخبرنا الفضل بن موسى ، حدثنا محمد بن عمرو ، حدثنا ابو سلمة ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من ترك مالا فلاهله، ومن ترك دينا فإلي وعلي" .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever leaves behind wealth, it will go to his family, and whoever leaves behind a debt, let him come to me and its payment will be my responsibility."
