كِتَابُ الشُّفْعَةِ
Book of Preemption
ذكر خبر أوهم من جهل صناعة الحديث أن الجار الملاصق وإن لم يكن شريكا له الشفعة-
Report that may mislead the unlearned to think the adjacent neighbor has preemption even if not a partner
Hadith Number: 5182
اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد الازدي ، حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم الحنظلي ، اخبرنا عيسى بن يونس ، حدثنا سعيد ، عن قتادة ، عن انس ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " جار الدار احق بالدار" .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The neighbor of the house has more right to the house."
