Permissibility of Wearing Clothes with Small Decorations If Not Distracting
Hadith Number: 5424
اخبرنا شباب بن صالح بواسط، قال: حدثنا وهب بن بقية ، قال: اخبرنا خالد ، عن خالد ، عن ابي عثمان النهدي ، عن عمر بن الخطاب : ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم " رخص في العلم في إصبعين" .
Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted marking (i.e., a strip of silk on a garment) as wide as two fingers.
