Hadith Number: 5465
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن محمد الشافعي ، قال: حدثنا حماد بن زيد ، عن عبد العزيز بن صهيب ، عن انس : ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم " نهى ان يتزعفر الرجل" .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade a man from applying saffron (or wearing saffron-colored clothing).
