Chapter on Killing Animals – On the command to kill harmful animals in both sacred and non-sacred places
Hadith Number: 5632
اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن شيرويه الازدي ، قال: حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم ، قال: اخبرنا عبد الرزاق ، قال: اخبرنا معمر ، عن الزهري ، عن عروة ، عن عائشة ، قالت:" امر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بقتل خمس فواسق في الحل والحرم: الحداة، والغراب، والفارة، والعقرب، والكلب العقور" .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) ordered that five harmful animals be killed in both the sacred and non-sacred areas: the kite, the crow, the rat, the scorpion, and the rabid dog.
