باب قتل الحيوان - ذكر البيان بأن المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم بعد هذا الأمر زجر عن قتل الكلاب إلا جنسا منها-
Chapter on Killing Animals – On clarifying that the Prophet later prohibited killing dogs except a specific type
Hadith Number: 5651
اخبرنا عبد الله بن احمد بن موسى بعسكر مكرم، قال: حدثنا عمرو بن علي بن بحر ، قال: حدثنا ابو عاصم ، عن ابن جريج ، قال: اخبرني ابو الزبير ، انه سمع جابر بن عبد الله ، يقول: امرنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بقتل الكلاب، حتى إن كانت المراة تقدم من البادية بالكلب، فتقتله، ثم نهانا عن قتلها، وقال: " عليكم بالاسود ذي النقطتين، فإنه شيطان" .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) commanded us to kill dogs, to the extent that if a woman brought a dog from the countryside, it too would be killed. Then the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade us from killing dogs. He said: You must certainly kill the black dog with two spots, for it is a devil.
