Hadith Number: 5863
اخبرنا ابو يعلى ، قال: حدثنا سريج بن يونس ، قال: حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد ، عن هشام بن عروة ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت: كنت العب بالبنات على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قالت:" فكن ياتيني صواحبي، فكن إذا راين رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ينقمعن، فكان صلى الله عليه وسلم يسربهن إلي يلعبن معي" .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: In the blessed time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), I used to play with dolls. My friends would come to me, and when they saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), they would get up and leave. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would send them back to me so that they could play with me.
