كِتَابُ الأُضْحِيَةِ
Book of Sacrifice
ذكر البيان بأن المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم قد أجاز لأبي بردة أضحيته قبل الصلاة ونفى جواز مثله لأحد بعده أن يأتي به إلا في موضعه الذي أمر به وإن كان القصد فيه الندب والإرشاد-
The Prophet allowed Abu Burda’s early sacrifice but not for others, except in the specified case
Hadith Number: 5909
اخبرنا احمد بن علي بن المثنى بالموصل، حدثنا عبد الاعلى بن حماد ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن ابي الزبير ، عن جابر ، ان رجلا ذبح قبل ان يصلي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا يجزئ عن احد بعدك ان يذبح حتى يصلي" .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man slaughtered an animal before the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) performed the Eid prayer. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: After you, it will not be permissible for anyone to slaughter an animal before performing the prayer.
