ذكر الإخبار بأن من استهل من الصبيان عند الولادة ورثوا وورثوا واستحقوا الصلاة عليهم-
Children who cry at birth inherit and deserve funeral prayer
Hadith Number: 6032
اخبرنا عمران بن موسى بن مجاشع ، حدثنا محمد بن احمد بن ابي خلف القطيعي ، حدثنا إسحاق الازرق ، حدثنا سفيان الثوري، عن ابي الزبير ، عن جابر ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا استهل الصبي صلي عليه، وورث" .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "When a child cries out at birth, his funeral prayer will also be performed and the rulings of inheritance will also apply to him."
