Book of Medicine
ذكر الإخبار بأن العلة التي خلقها الله جل وعلا إذا عولجت بدواء غير دوائها لم تبرأ حتى تعالج به-
If an illness is treated with the wrong medicine, it will not heal until treated correctly
Hadith Number: 6063
اخبرنا ابن سلم ، قال: حدثنا حرملة بن يحيى ، قال: حدثنا ابن وهب ، قال: اخبرني عمرو بن الحارث ، عن عبد ربه بن سعيد ، عن ابي الزبير ، عن جابر ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" إن لكل داء دواء، فإذا اصيب دواء الداء برا بإذن الله" .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Indeed, there is a cure for every disease. When the correct cure for the disease is found, then (the patient) becomes healthy by the command of Allah."
