ذكر الأمر بالاكتحال بالإثمد بالليل إذ استعماله يجلو البصر-
Command to use antimony kohl at night as it improves vision
Hadith Number: 6072
اخبرنا ابو يعلى ، قال: حدثنا ابو خيثمة ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله الاسدي ، قال: حدثنا سفيان ، عن عبد الله بن عثمان بن خثيم ، عن سعيد بن جبير ، عن ابن عباس ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " خير اكحالكم الإثمد عند النوم، ينبت الشعر، ويجلو البصر" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The best kohl among you is ithmid; it should be applied at bedtime. It grows hair and sharpens eyesight."
